Terms and Conditions
Full prepayment will be
requested for most jobs. Full refunds will be issued for
cancellations requested 48 hours before the
date of service, or for any flight cancellations or any airline
problem that is out of your control. We will not be able to
issue refunds for no shows, last minute cancellations, incorrect
dates on transfer requests, etc. For any questions about our
deposit/refund policy, please ask. We will not be able to offer
a refund if your flight is diverted to your destination airport
for AEP-EZE and EZE-AEP transfers.
If you change flights without
notifying us ahead of time, we will not be able to offer a
For drop offs, please be on
time as we will have to charge waiting time once you are more
than 15 minutes late.
Our refund policy is designed
to protect ourselves from going out to the airport, waiting 90
minutes to 2 hours for a no show.
