Q. I've decided
take advantage of SilverStar for a pickup at EZE, how will we
meet each other at the airport?
A. Most flights
arrive at Terminal A, so please exit after your get you
luggage and clear
customs and once you pass through the sliding doors turn to your LEFT,
(Near the Blue Citibank ATM) and look for us near the other VIP drivers. We
will have a sign with your name on it. Sending us a photo of you or your party beforehand is
quite helpful. If for some reason you can't find us, please
call us on our cell phone, 15 6826 8876. Please do not leave
the terminal and go outside before you find us. We will not
be in baggage claim (restricted)
There are Telcom Telecenters located in both terminals, and
are not expensive to make calls from.
Some flights will arrive at the much smaller Terminal B or C,
look for us on your left hand side, holding a sign with your
name, inside the terminal
arriving at AEP, we will be waiting for you inside the
terminal, but in the common area, after you get your
luggage, we will have a sign with your name on it.
Q. Do fares
include parking and tolls?
A. To keep fares
as easy to understand, and for simplicity, all fares include parking and tolls
Q. How Many
people can fit in the car?
A. We can
comfortably fit 4 passengers (including driver) in both the
Town Car and Citroen C4 Exclusive Sedan
Q. How much
luggage will fit in the back?
A. In the Town
Car there is 21sq ft of trunk space, so 5-7 suitcases will
fit, plus a few small bags. Please let us know in advance if
you have a lot of luggage, so we can take the spare tire out
to make more room. In the C4 Exclusive Sedan there is room
for several bags in the back, and the split rear seats adds
extra cargo space if needed. The C6 has a smaller trunk, and
will fit 3-4 bags.
Q. Can you save me
time and book reservations for Tango Shows/Classes, Estancia
Tours, Walking Tours and Wine Tasting etc?
A. Yes! We will
be happy to assist you with booking the above, and more. We
know the best Tango Show value in town.
Q. Do you do last
minute/short notice transfers or tours?
A. Yes! ( If
possible) Please call ASAP for any short notice requests.

Q. I'm bringing a
baby, do you provide car seats?
A. Yes, we have
2 US specification car seats available, please request them
when filling out the easy to use appointment form.
Q. I hate to
smell smoke in a car, are your cars non smoking?
A. Yes! We will
however cheerfully stop for smoke breaks on long rides as

distance trips, like to Rosario, Cordoba, Mar del Plata, or

listed per person or per carload?
A. Most fares
are per carload, with one stop. We will happily do shared
rides (multiple stops) for rates that save each party money,
but will be a bit more than the regular fare. No extra
charge for an extra stop in close proximity.
Q. Do you take
including American Express
Q. I have an
AEP-EZE or EZE-AEP transfer, how much time should we leave
in between flights?
For an EZE-AEP
transfer, we suggest a minimum of 4 hours, and for AEP-EZE 5
hours. Less time will be needed for weekends and off peak
traffic times, and/or if you
have no checked bags.
