         Q. I've decided take advantage of SilverStar for a pickup at EZE, how will we meet each other at the airport?

A. Most flights arrive at Terminal A, so please exit after your clear customs to your LEFT, and look for us on your left near the other suited VIP drivers. We will have a sign with your name on it. Sending me a photo of you or your party beforehand is quite helpful. If for some reason you can't find us, please call me on my cell phone, 15 6826 8876. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.

          There are Telcom Telecenters located in both terminals, and are not expensive to make calls from.

 

          Some flights will arrive at the much smaller Terminal B, look for us on your left hand side, inside the terminal.

 

Q. Your fares are lower than the major 4 star hotels for similar cars and English speaking service, how can you do that?

 

         A. Unlike the other car services that have contracts with the major hotels, we don't have to pay 30% commission, saving you money without compromising quality. We also keep our overhead low, but we never skimp on car maintenance.

 

        

Q. Do fares include parking and tolls?

A. To keep fares as easy to understand, and for simplicity, all fares now include parking and tolls.

Q. How Many people can fit in the car?

A. We can comfortably fit 4 passengers (including driver) in both the Town Car and Citroen C4 Exclusive Sedan

Q. How much luggage will fit in the back?

A. In the Town Car there is 21sq ft of trunk space, so 5-7 suitcases will fit, plus a few small bags. Please let us know in advance if you have a lot of luggage, so we can take the spare tire out to make more room. In the C4 Exclusive Sedan there is room for several bags in the back, and the split rear seats adds extra cargo space if needed.

Q. Can you save me time and book reservations for Tango Shows/Classes, Estancia Tours, Walking Tours and Wine Tasting etc?

A. Yes! We will be happy to assist you with booking the above, and more. We know the best Tango Show value in town.

Q. Do you do last minute/short notice transfers or tours?

A. Yes! ( If possible) Please call ASAP for any short notice requests.

Q. I'm bringing a baby, do you provide car seats?

A. Yes, we have 2 US specification car seats available, please request them when filling out the easy to use appointment form.

Q. I hate to smell smoke in a car, is the car non smoking?

A. Yes! We will however cheerfully stop for smoke breaks on long rides as requested.

Q. I'm going to/from the northern suburbs, is there an extra charge?

A. Yes, right now we are asking for a nominal charge of $US10 to service the area.

Q. I'm in Buenos Aires, and I would like to come in with you to the airport on a pickup to meet me family/friends/associates, will you do that for free?

A. In most cases, YES! (Schedule permitting)

Q. Do you do long distance trips, like to Rosario, Cordoba, Mar del Plata, or Estancia Tours?

A. Yes! Please call or write for rate quotes, and remember the fares are per carload.

Q. Are fares listed per person or per carload?

A. Most fares are per carload, with one stop. We will happily do shared rides (multiple stops) for rates that save each party money, but will be a bit more than the regular fare. No extra charge for an extra stop in close proximity.

 

Q. I see you have your fares posted in US Dollars, will you accept Pesos, or other major currencies?

A. Yes! We will cheerfully take major currencies at posted bank rates.

Q. Do you take credit cards?

A. YES, we can even accept your card while we are in the car.
